Flame arresters
The built-in flame extinguisher is manufactured and tested in accordance with API 2000 standards, the British BS7244 specification standard and EN 12874/ISO 16852. Flame arresters are monolithic devices without moving parts. They prevent the spread of flame from the open side of the gorenje to the reservoir storage by using a flame extinguisher element with a corrugated metal band made of 316L stainless steel. This structure is created from homogeneous holes that are carefully designed to extinguish the flame by absorbing heat.
